Well, hello friends! I am STILL here :) However, my blogging has seemed to get away from me and gone by the wayside. I will give you a short update of the last few months as it has been since JULY that I last wrote.
Toward the end of July, Nathan and I found that we would be expecting Baby #4! Yikes! We are so excited-and so are McKenna and Asher. As we head into week 16, the kids and Nathan are getting anxious to know if this is going to be a boy or girl. I am still on the fence and would kind of like to be surprised...hmmm...As of right now, I don't have a "boy" feeling or "girl" feeling (I just knew that Ian would be a boy...) so we'll see!
At the beginning of August, McKenna started 1st grade, and Asher started Kindergarten. Both love school and seem to be doing well. As a matter of fact, Asher just got the Character Kid in his class for exhibiting the trait of Trustworthiness! We are very proud of our big boy:)
I hit the ground running at work in August too. And being simply exhausted, I believe is where my blogging went by the wayside. However, it is something I like to do and have missed (sort of my own therapeutic benefit) and so I am going to try to do better.
September brought around some exciting fall activities for our little family as McKenna and Asher started cheerleading and football! Yes, I have lots of cute pictures of football, cheer, first day of school, etc etc but they are still on my camera at this very moment and so they are not going to be in this post. I will try to post them sometime soon-maybe before Christmas! lol!
October has brought a welcome fall break from school-and we went to the beach on vacation! We traveled with friends and family-bless the hearts of those who have chosen to travel with the Harringtons :) We had our meltdowns and breakdowns as all families do but we also had such a good time. Vacation is life but just in a different location (and without those "real" responsibilities). So at the end of the break, we are back here in real life and back to our regular responsibilities-but I'm not one to complain. We are blessed. Again- pictures will be posted.
So, yes, world. I am here...
